High CPU usage on idling Unity Editor when "2D Aseprite Importer" package is installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro_IN-48043.zip“ project
2. Add the “2D Aseprite Importer“ package via the Package Manager (“Window > Package Manager“)
3. Open the Windows Task Manager (“Ctrl + Alt + Delete“ button combination)
4. In the “Processes“ tab, locate the “Unity Editor“ process
5. Check the CPU consumption
Expected result: The CPU consumption is ~0%
Actual result: The CPU consumption is ~10%
Reproduced with: 1.0.0-pre.1 (2023.1.0b15), 1.0.0 (2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0a2)
Couldn’t test with: 1.0.0 (2021.3.29f1) - Couldn’t resolve Console errors
Reproduced on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproduced on: macOS 12.6.1 Monterey
