[Hierarchy] Sort options not available on macOS
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project
- Open the Hierarchy window
- Look for the Sort options dropdown (allowing sorting by Transform Order, Name, etc.)

Actual results: The Sort options dropdown is missing entirely
Expected results: The Sort options dropdown should be visible and accessible

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a6
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.1.16f1 (no sorting feature)

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.6 M4
Not Reproducible on: Windows 11
