[HiDPI] switching launcher window between HiDPI window and HD hides graphics
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity's launcher
2. Drag it from HD screen to HiDPI screen and back multiple times
Expected result: graphics do not disappear.
Actual result: graphics disappear.
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a3, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.2.0a6
Not reproducible with - earlier than 2018.2.0a6 (no HiDPI support)
