[HiDPI] Maximized/expanded undocked window doesn't get rescaled when dragging to different scaled monitor.
Maximized/expanded undocked window doesn't get rescaled when dragging to different scaled monitor.
Steps to repro:
1. Open empty project.
2. Dock unity editor to 4K monitor.
3. Undock scene window and maximize/expand it.
4. Drag to the different scaled monitor.
Actual Result:
Maximized undocked window doesn't get rescaled when dragging to different scaled monitor.
Expected Result:
The dragged window should be rescaled.
Reproducible in:
2019.1.0a5, 2019.1.0a4, 2018.3.0b6, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.2.0b11
Note:
1. This bug was fixed in 2019.2.0a7 but it is again occurring in 2019.2.0a10 onwards.
2. HiDPI support has been introduced in 2018.2.0b11.
