HideFlags.NotEditable doesn't set created prefab's components to not editable
To reproduce:
1.Download and open attached project
2.Go to Scene "Scene"
3.Enter Play mode
4.Exit Play mode
5.Click on Prefab object which was created in assets folder
Expected result: Created prefab object components become not editable trough inspector.
Actual result: Created prefab object components are editable in inspector.
Reproduced with: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0b3
Not reproduced with: 5.2.5f1
Note:If In play mode, prefab object in the assets folder is selected and only then user exits Play mode, HideFlags.NotEditable works correctly.

Resolution Note (2018.3.X):
The prefab asset and instances are not communicating during playmode, so these kind of changes should be done in EditMode.
