Help box in the "URP Decal Projector" does not meet latest U6.5 designs
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a Universal 2D project
- Add "URP Decal Projector" object (Right-click in the "Hierarchy" window -> Rendering ->URP Decal Projector)
- Go to the "Inspector" window and observe a help box displayed below the "URP Decal Projector"
Actual results: The help box does not meet the latest U6.5 help box designs
Expected results: The help box should meet U6.5 designs
Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a8
Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.2
