[HDRPWizard] Fix All button is shown even if there are no converters for the current editor platform
Steps to reproduce:
- Download the attached project and open it in Unity.
- Open the HDRP Wizard: Window > Rendering > HDRP Wizard.
- Expand the VR and DXR sections.
- Note a warning: "This section is not available in your current OS platform.", but the Fix All button is still presented.
Actual results: Fix All button is presented, but the platform does not support the feature.
Expected results: Fix All button is hidden because the platform does not support the feature.
