HDRP Wizard "Project Migration Quick-links" warning is misaligned with other warnings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "hdrpET" project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> HDRP Wizard
3. Navitage to the "Project Migration Quick-links" and observe the warning message
Expected results: The warning is aligned with other warning
Actual results: The warning is misaligned with other warnings
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.0.0b13, 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Other warnings are seen only on non-Windows platforms
