[LightProbes] While recording still frames flash and delay occurs when switching GI probes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "case1270007" and scene "Timeline"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe the switching of the GI probes in the Game view
Expected result: No flash or delay when switching GI probes
Actual result: Flash or delay occurs when switching GI probes
Reproducible with: 7.5.1(2019.4.13f1), 8.2.0(2020.1.11f1), 10.1.0(2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a2)
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1(Errors breaks the project)
