HDRP Volume Profile Switching shows black squares when sky and volume Backplate is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project from "HDRP HDRI Skybox Bug.zip"
2. Double click scene in Project Browser "HDRP Dome Backplate"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Click number 1 or 2 on your keyboard (not numpad) to go to the next volume profile to see change
Expected result: Reflection reflects with Backplate
Actual result: Black squares are reflected instead
Reproducible with: 2019.4.10f, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3 (HDRP 7.3.1-8.2.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (Cannot resolve parent rule: .ToolbarPopup
