[HDRP] Unity takes all system RAM and the Editor is slow when updating/downgrading between 2.0.3 and 2.0.5
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Open "Package Manager" window
3. In Packages tab, select HD Render Pipeline and update it to 2.0.5 version
4. After updating is complete observe Unity Editor
Expected result: Unity updates HDRP without any casualties
Actual result: Unity takes all RAM, Editor is slow, sometimes crashes when closing the Editor
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0f2
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.9f1, 2018.3.0a5
