[HDRP] "Thread group size must be above zero" exception thrown on dragging LookDev Window
Texts in the LookDev window are also unwrapped and the window becomes white
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new HDRP Template
2. Open Window > Rendering > LookDev window > dock it
3. Drag from the left/right to resize the LookDev window
Expected Result: The window should be resized
Actual Result: Exceptions are thrown and texts are unwrapped and the window becomes white in color
Reproducible on: Package Version 12.0.0 on 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.0a4
Working fine on: Package Version 11.0.0 on 2021.2.0a3, 2021.1.1f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
