Sun icon is clipped in Look Dev window on creating new Environment Settings
Steps to Repro
1. Create a new Project in HDRP Template
2. Open Windows > Render Pipeline > Look Dev
3. Click on Look Dev Window > "+" to add new Empty Environment
Expected Result:
Sun icon should not be clipped
Actual Result:
Sun icon is clipped even on maximizing Look Dev window
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a18, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.1.0b5 (8.0.1, 8.1.0, 8.2.0, 9.0.0 - 33)
Working fine on: 2019.4.3f1 - 7x series
Environment: Windows10 and Mac 10.15
