HDRP ShaderGraph 'Double-Sided' option does not affect the mesh when HDRP ShaderGraph type is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1199719
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Observe the 2 Quads in the Scene
Expected result: Both Quads are rendered from both sides
Actual result: The Quad which is using the HD Lit Shader is only lit from one side
Reproducible with: 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14
Not reproducible: 2018.4.13f1
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1(HDRP not available)
Reproducible with package versions: 6.9.0, 7.1.5
Not reproducible with package versions: 4.1.0, 6.7.1

- Affected ShaderGraph types: HD Lit, Decal Graph, Fabric Graph, Hair Graph, HD Unlit Graph

Resolution Note:
The reason why the material was not double-sided is that it has retained its double-sided option set to false. These properties in the Shadergraph are only default values for the material (and the one in the material avoid having to duplicate a ShaderGraph just to change the double-sided mode).
This can be solved by checking the material settings and manually setting the desired options. Alternative, the material can be created by right-clicking on the Shadergraph file and selecting create new material. This will ensure that the material will receive the Shadergraph settings
