3. Select the "Decal" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Decal Projector Component

Actual result: Pivot property is present
Reproducible with: 10.6.0 (2020.3.17f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b11)
Not reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b12, 2021.1.17f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a6)
