[HDRP] Scene view becomes gray and Game view - black when setting up HDRP project for Raytracing via Render Pipeline Wizard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Template project
2. Open the Render Pipeline Wizard (Window->Render Pipeline->HD Render Pipeline Wizard)
3. Select the "HDRP + DXR" tab
4. Press "Fix All", restart the Editor when prompted
Expected results: The Scene view and the Game view are rendered properly as expected
Actual results: The Scene view is gray and the Game view is black
Reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.6f1, 2021.1.8f1)
Not reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.28f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.11f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.5f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.1.10f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
