HDRP Sample is created with the error with lightmap encoding in HDRP Wizard
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Sample project
2. Observe the HDRP Wizard pop-up window on launch
Expected results: There are no errors to fix
Actual results: "Only high quality lightmap supported!" error is displayed
Reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8 (6.0.18, 6.0.11 template versions)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
