MaterialEditor.PropertiesDefaultGUI do not use correct Rect to draw while in Preset
GUILayoutUtility.GetRect do not give the correct Rect while in preset.

Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
3. Project > Create > Material
4. Inspector > Shader > Particles > Standard Surface
5. Create preset of Material
Actual Result:
Properties are misaligned (see Particles/Standard surface below)
Expected Result:
Properties should be aligned
Former issue in HDRP:
Properties under "Autodesk Interactive" Shader are misaligned when preset of "HDRP/Autodesk Interactive" Material is created, refer attached screenshot.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Upgrade High Definition RP Package to 7.1.5
3. Project > Create > Material
4. Inspector > Shader > HDRP > Autodesk Interactive > AutodeskInteractive/Masked/Transparent
5. Create preset of Material
