[HDRP] Poor default settings for Contact Shadows quality levels
We provide 3 quality levels that control only once checbox to turn off and on Contact shadows. However all (low, mid, high) = contact shadows off. This doenst make much sense. We should at least change high = contact shadows On. Or remove the quality levels for the feature.
1) Open a new project
2) Add HDRP and run wizard (important to use wizard and not the HD template)
3) Add a Directional light and go to Contact shadow settings
4) Change quality settings from Custom to low, then medium, then high.
Expected: using different quality presets, we would get different results
Actual: doesn't matter what we choose(except custom) the contact shadows will be OFF.
Possible fix, adjust the HDRP asset that is being created with HDRP wizard so that Medium and/or High preset has contact shadows On
