[HDRP] Physically Based Sky produces NaN values on Intel HD Graphics
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Press Play
3. Inspect Game View
Expected result: You will see the sun shining in natural colors
Actual result: The sun in black
Reproducible with: 10.0.0-preview.27 (2020.2.0b6), 10.2.0 (2020.3.0b8), 10.6.0 (2020.3.20f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.24f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.b14), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a11)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.31f1), 9.0.0-preview.71 (2020.2.0b5)
Notes:
- From Package version 12.0.0 the issue only affects the first frames
