[HDRP] Orthographic Camera keeps glitching in the Scene
How to reproduce:
1. Create new HDRP project
2. In Hierarchy enter "camera" and select Main Camera
3. In Inspector change Projection to Orthographic
4. Observe Game view being black and glitching occasianally depending on the position of Camera
Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a16 (13.1.1)
Does not reproduce with: 2022.1.0a15
