How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Testing" project
2. Open the Scene "OutdoorsScene" (found in Assets/Testing folder)
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: Each instanced pillar renders a shadow

Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.23f1), 10.3.1 (2020.3.1f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0f1)
Not Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1 because the High Definition RP was not yet available
