[HDRP] Object Motion Vectors are only shown in Game view
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open 08_MotionVectors scene
3. Play the scene
4. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Render Pipeline Debug -> Rendering and set fullscreen debug mode to MotionVectors
5. Observe that only game view shows motion vectors of the object
Expected result: object motion vectors should be shown in Scene view as well
Actual result: only game view shows motion vectors

Resolution Note:
This is by design as motion vectors in scene view create problems with Temporal Anti aliasing.
