[HDRP] Normal maps are not assigned to the Material when reimporting the FBX
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1370671" project
2. Set "SRP Settings" to HDRP Asset in the "Edit -> Project Settings -> Graphics"
3. Reimport the "Assets -> Models -> Stone" Prefab
4. Select "Stone -> Layer4_Mat" Material in the Project Browser
5. Observe the "Surface Inputs -> Normal Map" field in the Inspector
Expected result: The "stone_Layer_4_nrm" Normal Map is attached to the Material
Actual result: The "Normal Map" field is empty
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a14)
Note: Not reproducible with BiRP or URP
