[HDRP] Memory Leak in idle Player when using HDRP
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new HDRP Project
2. Build the game
3. Open the Built game
4. Wait
Expected result: The memory usage remains the same
Actual result: The memory usage increases by about 0.2MB every few minutes
Reproducible with: 7.5.3 (2019.4.24f1), 10.3.1 (2020.3.2f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.1f), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a11)
Notes:
Does not reproduce with empty Project with HDRP installed, reproduces with the default HDRP Scene
Does not reproduce with URP
