[HDRP] Material with emission stops emitting light when Screen Global Illumination Override's Raytracing is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "RTGITest" project
2. Open the "Test" Scene found in the "Assets" folder
3. In the Hierarchy select the "DXR Settings Volume" GameObject
4. In the Inspector enable the "Screen Space Global Illumination" Override
Expected results: The Sphere in the Scene continues emitting light
Actual results: The Sphere in the Scene stops emitting light
Reproducible with: 10.1.0 (2020.2.0b9)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.1 (2019.4.15f1), 8.2.0 (2020.1.14f1), 10.0.0-preview.27 (2020.2.0b9), 10.2.0 (2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a7)
Could not test with: 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.29f1) because the "Screen Space Global Illumination" Override was not yet introduced

Resolution Note (fix version 10.2.0):
Fixed in High Definition RP 10.2.0 by adding the "Receive SSR / SSGI" option on the Material. Disabling it will make the Material to emit light even with Screen Global Illumination Override's Raytracing enabled
