[HDRP] In raytraced SSGI emissive object is way darker compared to Path trader or Rasterized version
Im not sure if this is a bug or limitation. Need verification
1) Open the scene Classroom notice the lamp is black
2) Switch to Path tracer or Rasterised SSGI
3) Notice the lamp is white
Expected result: Raytraced SSGI loosely matches the result of Pathtraced/Rasterised SSGI. Meaning the emissive lamp object is not black while RTSSGI is used.
Additional note: If you boost the intensity of the emissive material, it turns white but this should not be necessary

Resolution Note:
The object had an emissive part so the receive ssgi had to be unchecked, but then they non emissive part of the object couldn't receive RTGI. On more recent versions of the pipeline the receive ssgi toggle doesn't exist anymore so everything works as expected (pair tested with the QA).
