How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Wait for the Directional Light to be rotated below the horizon
4. Observe the Game View
Expected result: GameObjects in the Scene are not affected by the Directional Light
Actual result: GameObjects are glowing
Reproducible with: 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a2 (7.2.0, 8.0.1)
Not reproducible with Packages: 7.1.7, 7.1.8
Couldn't test with Unity: 2017.4.37f1 (Package Manager does not exist), 2018.4.19f1 (4.10.0-preview, Physically Based Sky does not exist)
