[HDRP] Game view overlays Scene view when "Post Process Volume" GameObject is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using HDRP and Unity 2020.1.0a16 - 2020.1.0a17
3. Load "SampleScene"
2. Open Scene view and Game view side by side
Expected result: only Scene view is visible
Actual result: Game view is overlaying Scene view
Reproducible with: HDRP 7.1.1 (2020.1.0a16 - 2020.1.0a17)
Not reproducible with: HDRP 4.10.0-preview (2018.4.15f1), HDRP 7.0.1 (2020.1.0a11), HDRP 7.1.1 (2019.3.0b12, 2020.1.0a15), HDRP 7.1.7 (2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a18)
Could not reproduce with: 2017.4.36f1 (No package), HDRP 7.1.1 (2020.1.0a18, due to errors in the project)
Notes: disabling the "Post Process Volume" removes the overlay, reproduced with a new project with the default HDRP "SampleScene", deleting the "Library" folder resolves the issue.
