[HDRP] Editor crashes when the Scene light is turned off using Path Tracing
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "pathtracer crash" project
2. Navigate the scene, rotate the view
3. Turn off Scene lightning
4. Navigate the scene, rotate the view again
Expected result: You can navigate the scene when lightning is turned off
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 12.1.1 (2021.2.4f1), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.1f1), 12.1.1 (2021.2.3f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a13), 13.1.6 (2022.1.0b10), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a7)
