[HDRP] [DXR] Fully enclosed mirrored room with no lighting inside is not completely dark when the Fog is on
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project
2. In the Scene view navigate to the mirrored room
3. Select Global Volume in the Hierarchy window
4. In the Inspector window turn the Fog on and off
Expected result: the inside of the mirrored room is completely dark no matter if the Fog is on or off
Actual result: the inside of the mirrored room is not dark if the Fog is on and only dark if it's off
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.13f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a15), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b9), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a4)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1) (couldn't launch the project on 2019.4; different behavior compared to expected and actual results on 2020.3)
Note: Enabling Path Tracing fixes the issue

The Fog's color is specified to be the sky color, which is a setup issue given that there is an interior scenario
