[HDRP] DLSS renders a scaled up / cropped version in build
Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Open scene called "SampleScene"
- Build the project (or launch the build in binaries folder)
- When in player, pressing
--- 0 in the numerical keyboard goes to high quality (no DRS)
--- 1 in the numerical keyboard goes to medium quality (DLSS is used at 30%)
--- 2 in the numerical keyboard goes to low quality (default DRS filter at 20%)
- Press 1
Expected : The render is DLSSed
Result : The render is scaled up / cropped
Additional Info:
- Does not repro on 2021.2.7f1 (HDRP 12.1.2)
- Repro on 2021.2.8f1 up to 10 (HDRP 12.1.3 / 12.1.4)

A bad backport caused havoc in shader variant enumeration

This issue is still here in2021.2.11f1 and it is not a duplicate of issue 1398530 (which don't exist) !
