[HDRP] DivideByZeroException is thrown when opening HDRP project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Observe the Console window
Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: DivideByZeroExceptions are thrown consistently
Reproduced with: 2021.3.39f1
Not reproduced with: 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.5f1
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 10 Pro
Notes: still reproducible after upgrading to 2022.3.33f1 and then downgrading to 2021.3.39f1

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
The issue has been fixed in 2022.3, so we recommend you upgrade to that version.
