[HDRP] Default Volume Profile UI keeps collapsing
Versions tested: 2019.3.8f1 + 7.4.0, 2020.2.0a7 + 9.0.0
Does not reproduce on 7.3.1
Steps to reproduce:
1) Start a new HDRP project
2) Go to project settings -> HDRP default settings
3) Scroll down till Default Volume Profile Asset, hit New, add a new profile
4) Add Exposure (or any other component)
5) Try enabling/tweaking values
6) Observe that UI element always collapses
