[HDRP][Compositor] Cubes not identical when rendered on different Compositor levels
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Compositor.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Scene View, observe Background Objects -> Cube and Foreground Objects -> Cube GameObjects
Expected result: The two cubes are the same
Actual result: The two cubes are different
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b3 (HDRP 10.0.0-preview.27)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1 (HDRP version with Compositor unavailable), 2020.1.6f1 (HDRP 9.0.0-preview.42 breaks project)
