[HDRP] Baked lighting is not cleared after opening a new scene
Reproduction steps:
1) Open HDRP template or other project
2) Bake lighting
3) Open new scene
4) Delete all gameobjects and add a new plane
Expected result: plane is dark
Actual result: plane is blooming
Note if you save the scene and open it again. Then plane will be dark as intended. Reproduced on mac and win
