[HDRP APV] Reflections look over exposed while normalization is enabled in the Camera section
Repro:
1) Open the project APV branch. https://github.com/iM0ve/Spotlight-HDRP/tree/APV
2) Open main scene and load Day scene
3) Bake lighting
4) As in the video, enable and disable APV normalization for the camera
While normalization is enabled, the reflections look incorrect
