HDR texture (RBG111110) in Inspector Preview is white when RenderTexture format is Tex2DArray
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In Hierarchy select "CopyTexture" GameObject
4. In the Inspector double-click on Light Buffer option "LightBufferTex"
Expected result: Render Texture inspector displays the current contents of Render Texture based on Camera's output
Actual result: Render Texture is white
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0b7, 2020.2.0a9
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 because HDRP is not introduced, 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.0f2 because of errors in Console
