HD Render Pipeline Wizard throws IndexOutOfRange and NullReference exceptions after moving the project from Windows to Linux
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project (blank.zip)
2. Open the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" window by going to "Window > Render Pipeline > HD Render Pipeline Wizard"
3. Observe the Console and the "Configuration Checking" section in the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" window
Expected result: The Console is empty and the "Configuration Checking" section in the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" lists all the configured and unconfigured options
Actual result: Exceptions are thrown in the Console and the "Configuration Checking" section in the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" is empty
Reproducible with: 2019.4.4f1 (7.3.1), 2020.1.0b16 , 2020.2.0a18 (8.2.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.24f1 (4.10.0) (Doesn't have the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard")
Notes:
1. Tested on Windows 10 (doesn't reproduce) and Ubuntu 18.04
2. Likely related to the "HD Render Pipeline Wizard" window's "Configuration Checking" section's tabs and how they are shown in the Editor on different operating systems
