Have to change Input Mapping Path twice for change to take effect when Auto-Save is enabled
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a Unity Project
# Create a new Input Action Asset via GameObject > Create > Input Actions
# Open the Input Action Asset in Input Actions Editor by double clicking on it
# Ensure that Auto-Save *is* enabled
# Create a new Action Map
# In the new Action Map, create a new Action
# Select the binding for the new Action (or create a binding if one isn't created by default)
# Click on 'Path' and choose any Input Mapping
# Observe that the Input Mapping is applied
# Click on 'Path' and click on another Input Mapping
*Actual results:* The second Input Mapping Path is not applied. The user has to try to do it twice before it will be applied. After that they will need to try the next Input Mapping Path twice before it will be applied, and so on, so on
*Expected results:* The second Input Mapping Path and all further Input Mapping Paths are applied straight away
*Reproducible with versions:* 7000.0.0a15, 6000.1.0b2, 6000.0.34f1, 2022.3.54f1, 2022.3.48f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.47f1, 2021.3.45f1
*Can't test with versions:* -
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
