HandleUtility.PickGameObject throws errors when called with Repaint and Layout events in OnSceneGUI method
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project "BRP_CardShark" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy, select "Main Camera"
3. Move the mouse cursor around the editor
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: Assertion failed and GUI Window errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a1
Errors:
Assertion failed on expression: 'device.IsInsideFrame()'
GUI Window tried to begin rendering while something else had not finished rendering! Either you have a recursive OnGUI rendering, or the previous OnGUI did not clean up properly.
Note: If Repaint and Layout events are skipped, errors are not thrown.
