Handles transform by matrix render incorrectly with an offset
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene MatrixBug.unity
3. Select the GameObject game object
- Notice a Toggle Matrix button appears in the top left corner
4. Press the button
- Note how the Rotation Gizmo is not rendered properly, as if its relative-to-camera rotation is offset somehow.
