Regression
Yes
GUILayout.Label() is affected by the window width when it's used in HorizontalScope with MinWidth
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1155166")
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Try changing the Game View window's width
Expected result: GUILayout.Label() is not affected by the changing size of the Game View window
Actual result: GUILayout.Label() is affected by the changing size of the Game View window
Reproducible with: 2019.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.0a11
Note:
- The MinWidth has to be of a size so that the GUILayout.Label() text field would fill the full width of the HorizontalScope
