GUI.TextField cursor is misaligned from text when setting Content Offset on GUI Skin
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-98510.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click on the Text Field
5. Observe the mouse cursor
Expected result: Cursor is placed at the end of text
Actual result: Cursor is offset and is placed in the text
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.61f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
Given the relative low severity of this issue and that it occurs in IMGUI used at Runtime (a use case we only minimally support), plus the risk profile of the fix, we do not plan to address this issue.
