Grid Rotation values are set form the negative values to the positive values when reopening the "Grid and Snap Settings" menu
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Scene view, open the "Grind and Snap Settings"
3. Set the "Rotation" field to any negative value
4. Reopen the window and observe the "Rotation" field
Expected results: The value is still negative
Actual results: The value is converted to the equivalent positive value
Reproducible with: 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7
Can't test with: 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.9f1 (Functionality is nto available)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

We have reviewed the issue carefully, and in this case, the team is unable to prioritize fixing this bug. There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available.
The different values shown here are not affecting the functionality. The is related to the order of rotation, the optimal order of rotation is serialized by the system and displayed when reopening the grid and snap settings window.
