[Graphics]CaptureScreenshotIntoRenderTexture output is flipped in the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project "CaptureScreenshotIntoRenderTextureBug.zip"
2. In the Project window under "Scenes" open "SampleScene.unity"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Click anywhere in the Game view
Expected result: CaptureScreenshotIntoRenderTexture output is not flipped
Actual result: CaptureScreenshotIntoRenderTexture output is flipped
Reproduces on: 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b14, 2020.2.0a17
Could not test on 2018.4.24f1 (due to 'ScreenCapture' does not contain a definition for 'CaptureScreenshotIntoRenderTexture')

-Reproduces in Standalone build.

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
This is by design. We will update documentation to make this clear and in the near future, we will add API that captures output to a RenderTexture with consistent orientation. The user can compensate the orientation differences on non-OpenGL-style platforms by using the Graphics.Blit function.
