GPU Progressive Lightmapper generates Shadow artifacts when using Filtering: Auto
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open Window > Rendering > Lighting
3. Generate Lighting using Progressive GPU Lightmapper and Filtering: Auto
Expected result: The brushes have proportional shadows
Actual result: The brushes create giant shadow artifacts
Reproducible with: 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4 (Textures and lighting break)
Notes: Using CPU Lightmapper or Filtering: None prevents the issue
