[GPU PLM] GPU baker breaks on specific geometry
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and open a blank scene
2. Navigate to Lighting Settings, and make sure that Lightmapper is set to Progressive GPU
3. Import thisworks mesh and make it static
4. Bake the lighting and notice that the mesh appear to have proper GI
5. Import thisdoesntwork mesh and mark it as static
6. Bake the lighting again and observe the issues
