GPU Deformation loses functionality when GameObject is used with URP Custom Lit Shader Graph
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the ‘2D GPU Deformation Bug.zip' project
2. Open the ‘SampleScene’ scene
3. Ensure Skinning is set to ‘GPU’ in Project Settings -> Player -> GPU Skinning
4. In the SceneView select 'Light’ GameObject and move it around the red figures
5. Observe the result
Expected Result: Both Sprites Lit and Custom Lit sprites deform according to their associated Normal Map
Actual Result: The Custom Lit sprite does not have its normal map deformed and is always lit as a perfect sphere
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0a2, 6000.2.8f1 (c9992ac36c34), 6000.3.0b6 (211490bb75a6), 6000.4.0a3
Could not test with: 2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.60f1 (61dfb374e36f), 6000.2.0a1 (Could not load the shader with GPU deformation)
Reproduced on: macOS 26.0.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
