Global Scenes are not included in the Build when building multiple Build Profiles at the same time
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Build Profiles Scenes.zip"
2. Open File>Build Profiles Builder
3. Click "Build All (2)" in the "Build Profiles Builder" window
4. Open *\Builds\1.0\Windows 1\Build Profiles Scenes.exe
5. Click the "Load Scene 2" button in the Player
Expected results: The Scene is loaded
Actual results: "Scene with build index: 1 couldn't be loaded" is thrown
Reproducible with: 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1 (no Build Profiles)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 23H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
